What discounts do you offer?

We have an amazing sale on our full collection at the moment but if you're looking for even more discounts here are our current options:

  1. Order items for more than $75 and your shipping will be free of charge.
  2. Subscribe to our newsletter and get a 15% discount on your first order. Keep your subscription and you'll be the first to know about our new collections and exclusive offers.
  3. You can also become our advocate and refer BOOKVIBEZ to your friends. Go to our page Refer-a-friend, fill in the form and get your unique code to share with your friends. They will get $10 off their first purchase, and you will earn $10 for every friend who completes their first order!

Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of placing the order. Once shipped, allow 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered.

Please note this could add up to 10 business days in total.

You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

We have printing and shipping locations in 15 countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, Sweden, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand.

You can choose your country and corresponding currency from the dropdown menu in the header or the footer of each page.

We are hoping to open new shipping destinations in the future so stay tuned!

Refund & Exchange

What is your refund policy?

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Can I exchange a product?

Each product in our shop is made especially for you as soon as you order it. This is why we do not exchange a product once it's been ordered. We do however offer a full refund for incorrect, damaged, or defective products.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
